*30-day exchange plan terms and conditions
1. Subject to the following terms, the Approved Used Vehicle detailed in the agreement signed between the Customer and the Audi centre (the Agreement), may be exchanged for another Approved Used Vehicle at the same retailer, provided that:
(a) The Approved Vehicle is returned to the supplying Centre either within the 30 days of the delivery date or the Approved Vehicle has covered no more than 1,000 miles since delivery to the Customer (whichever is sooner);
(b) The Centre is satisfied that the Customer is a private purchaser and not a trade purchaser or otherwise; and
(c) The Audi Centre is satisfied that the Approved Vehicle is in the same condition save for reasonable wear and tear as at the time of original delivery to the Customer.
2. The Customer may choose any vehicle as the Replacement Vehicle, provided that the Replacement Vehicle:
(a) Is of an equal or higher price to the original invoice price of the Audi Approved Vehicle; and
(b) Is readily available from the same Centre’s stock.
3. Before any change is effected under the Agreement, the Customer shall be responsible for making all the necessary arrangements relating to terminating, transferring, or taking out or otherwise dealing with the financing arrangements, if any, for the purchase of the original Approved Vehicle and/or the Replacement Vehicle. Any exchange shall be subject to the Centre being satisfied with such arrangements. In particular, if the original Approved Vehicle is subject to a Hire Purchase Agreement, a new Agreement must be completed and the relevant deposits paid by the Customer.
4. Where the Customer wishes to exchange an Approved Vehicle for a Replacement Vehicle with a higher price, the exchange will not take place until the Customer has paid the Centre the price difference.
5. The Customer will be solely responsible for additional costs incurred in the exchange for licensing or insurance. Any such costs must be paid for in full prior to consumption of the exchange.
6. The exchange will only apply to the Approved Vehicle as detailed in the Agreement. Only one exchange will be considered and the exchange programme shall not apply to any Replacement Vehicle.
7. The exchange programme and the Agreement does not affect any of the Customer’s statutory rights.
