The iconic Land Rover Defender is back. A family of all-terrain heroes redeveloped and capable of great things.
The new Defender family comprises of two body designs. The Defender 90 and the Defender 110 - both of which are world-class experts off the road and on the road. The Defender 90 has up to six seats whilst the Defender 110 has the option of a third row with 5 + 2 seats. There are six model variations - Defender, S, SE, HSE, First Edition or Defender X.
The Land Rover Defender comes with a 11.4-inch touchscreen that is equipped with navigation, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto as well as the useful feature of voice control. The driver has access to the 12.3-inch instrument cluster that allows the driver to configure different information.
The seats in the Land Rover Defender as comfortable and relaxing no matter what terrain you are crossing, the driver and front passenger have access to an armrest allowing you to relax. With the optional third row available on the Land Rover Defender the passengers will get access to pockets for storage and their own air vents.
The Land Rover Defender comes with some useful driver-assist and safety features. One system is autonomous emergency braking which will alert the driver to a potential collision and if no action is taken the brakes will be applied to avoid or reduce the severity of the collision.
Another system is the 360 parking system which will give you visual and audio feedback when you are parking/manoeuvring your vehicle.
It’s been 75 years since the Series I Land Rover was launched and Land Rover are celebrating with an exclusive 75 Years model with Graphic detailing and iconic Grasmere Green finish.
It will be equipped with the latest technology including 3D Surround Camera, Matrix LED headlights and Configurable Terrain Response and will be available as P400e Electric Hybrid, in D300 with advanced mild hybrid technology.

Land Rover Defender MHEV/PHEV
The Land Rover Defender has both the option of a MHEV - mild hybrid and a PHEV - plug-in hybrid.
The MHEV works by using an electric motor does not need charging to increase the efficiency of the diesel and petrol engines using the energy gained from deceleration and regenerative braking. While a PHEV works by using a engine combined with an electric motor, you can charge your PHEV at home, work or while parked at a location with an accessible charger.
