When should I service my Audi?

There are typically³ two types of service regimes available for your Audi ( This should always be checked with your Audi Centre as exceptions apply).

To help remind you, your MMI (Multi-Media Interface) or myAudi account can show you when your service is due, no matter what Service regime you choose. You can also be automatically notified when you’re due a service via your smartphone if you are using the myAudi or Connect plug and play app.

Along with oil and inspection servicing and depending on your particular car, there are also a number of other items that require replacement at specific times or distances. This can include air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs, fuel filter, brake fluid, transmission oil. We will be able to advise on what is needed for your car.

Why do I need to service my Audi?​

Getting your Audi serviced is essential in making sure it runs properly as the service will be able to find any issues, problems or faults which if not fixed could become expensive and if not fixed potentially take your car off the road. A issue such as a small noise or vibration could turn out to be a larger issue, so getting this fixed if essential for your Audi. Not only will servicing your Audi improve its overall safety and lifespan but it will also increase the value if your Audi has partial or full service history this will show it has been looked after and there are no hidden issues.​

^Price Match Terms and Conditions

  • Quotes must be produced in writing using only Audi Genuine Parts. Part numbers and oil specifications must be detailed.
  • We will only price match genuine quotations that are available to any member of the public at the garage’s advertised rates and are free from special offers or negotiated discount.
  • Oils and lubricants must meet or exceed the manufacturer's specification for your vehicle.
  • Servicing or repair must be in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Quote supplied must come from any VAT registered garage with a UK Standard Industrial Classification (UK SIC) of 45200, maintenance and repair of motor vehicles and within a 15 mile driving distance from the participating Audi Authorised Repairer's premises.
  • Like for like content of quote must be for exactly comparable work – we reserve the right to verify this.
  • Tyre quotes must be fully fitted, including valves, balancing and disposal charges.
  • Tyre must be of identical specification – size, brand, pattern, load, speed rating and manufacturer marking.
  • Tyre quotes from internet retailers are excluded.
  • Quote must be presented within 90 days of original quote being issued and before any work is undertaken.
  • Offer is for Retail customers only. Excludes Fleet servicing, maintenance and repairs, Audi Accessories and Merchandise and Bodyshop work.
  • Excludes AdBlue ® fluid. Offer valid until 31st December 2021, and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. At participating Audi Centres only.

^Audi Genuine Parts have a 2 year parts and labour warranty on parts fitted (excluding wear and tear items).
