5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
10. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
11. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Only one prize per person.
12. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
13. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
15. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. 22. Entries must be made by UK residents - any entries made outside of the UK will not be accepted.
To have use of the car, winner must be over 25 years of age with a full clean UK driving license. No purchase necessary. Prize is non-transferable, no cash alternatives will be offered and can only be used by the named winner.
Prize includes insurance and half a tank of fuel. Test drive must be accompanied by a Swansway Motor Group employee and must only be carried out at the Swansway Motor Group dealership that offered the prize. Test drive dates and times are subject to vehicle availability. Excess charges apply for any damage caused during use of vehicle. Maximum of 100 miles permitted. Ask for details.
Promotions are subject to amendment or withdrawal at any time. Employees or Swansway Motor Group, their suppliers or anyone connected with the promotion and their families or employees are not eligible to take part. Test drive must be booked and carried out within 3 months of the promotion end date. Swansway Motor Group reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with the rules will not be accepted. Details of the winner will feature on line; Swansway Motor Group reserves the right to offer the prize to other entrants should a winner be unable, for any reason, to accept the prize within 10 days of the draw. Entrants agree to make themselves available for publicity purposes as requested by Swansway Motor Group and agree to the use of their image and quotes as Swansway Motor Group shall decide.
