Terms and Conditions

Fixed price servicing is available for all Volkswagen 3-15 years old, up to and including 2.0 litre engines (excludes electric models e‑up! and e‑Golf, hybrid models Golf GTE and Passat GTE and Phaeton and Touareg) following a time and distance fixed service regime. Selected jobs have further exclusions: - Front Brake Pads jobs: exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Rear Brake Pads jobs: exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Front Brake Pads and Discs: jobs exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Rear Brake Pads and Discs: jobs exclude performance models: Golf GTl, Golf R and Scirocco R as well as 2.0 petrol Tiguan and Tiguan SEL petrol or diesel - Cambelt with Waterpump: job excludes up! and all petrol models.

Minor Service, Major Service and MOT also available for Touareg (exclude VIO engines). We charge Volkswagen labour times for all jobs and all our prices are inclusive of parts, oil, labour and VAT. We only use Volkswagen genuine parts, which come with our two-year parts and labour warranty (after the manufacturer warranty has expired) excluding wear and tear items. Programme is valid from 5th January 2025 until 31st December 2025 and may be varied or withdrawn at any time. At participating Volkswagen Authorised Repairers only.*
