Audi Complete Service Plan
The plan is a flexible, convenient way to ensure your Audi stays in great condition. You’ll have the assurance of knowing your car is maintained by our Audi-trained technicians, using genuine Audi parts. Plus the plan is flexible, so if you sell your car during the contract term you can transfer the plan to the new owner.
Audi complete will ensure you’re on the right service schedule for you. The two options are:
- Fixed service schedule: where your Audi is serviced at a set mileage and / or time
- Flexible service schedule: available if your Audi has the onboard technology to monitor your car’s service requirements
What’s included in the Audi Complete Service Plan?
We have three types of plan available:
- Service only
- Service and Maintenance
- Service, Maintenance and Tyres

Please note:
We recommend cars should be set to the fixed service regime by the Audi Centre. Service plans are not available for S and RS models with engine size 4.0L and above, SQ7, S8, SQ8, RS6, RS7, RSQ8, R8, and 6.0L/W12 derivatives. Terms and conditions apply. Audi service plans are sold at participating Audi Centres. FPS Service Plan covers next two consecutive services limited to 1 x Oil Service and 1 x Oil and Inspection Service with Pollen Filter. Offers may be varied or withdrawn at any time. Additional work, including wear and tear, or additional mobility option is excluded. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirement of the service schedule. All work must be carried out at an All work must be carried out at an Audi Centre or authorised repairer. Plan validity is dependent on required payments received. Administered by Volkswagen Financial Services, Freepost Audi Financial Services.
¹ Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Terms, eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Valid MOT required. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill. Audi Financial Services.
² Saving based on the average 2-year cost of Extended Warranty policies (with All Component Cover, unlimited mileage, and £0 excess) sold Jan to Sep 2022 for Audi vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less, and that have not been out of warranty for more than 30 days.
