Onward Travel

If we can’t fix your car at the roadside, and it can’t be fixed at a local dealership in time, we’ll provide a replacement vehicle for up to 48 hours or overnight accommodation for the driver and up to seven passengers. Alternatively, we’ll make travel arrangements for you, using the most appropriate means.

Recovery

If we can’t fix your car in a reasonable amount of time, or you’ve been involved in an accident, we’ll deliver your car to the UK destination of your choice.

Your Audi Roadside Assistance extends to Europe too. We have English-speaking Incident Managers who are available 24 hours a day and can arrange for your car to be fixed at the roadside or towed to the nearest garage. And if necessary, they can also arrange transport back to the UK for you, your passengers and your vehicle.

Assistance when you need it

For the first three years all new Audis come with free roadside assistance and recovery and as part of Audi’s ongoing commitment to providing you with complete peace of mind, our Used Car Guarantee also includes 12-months free Audi Roadside Assistance.

Just a phone call away are 92 qualified Volkswagen Group dedicated Technicians and 130 Audi accredited RAC Technicians, all in specially equipped vehicles, and backed up by the might of the RAC's 1,750 patrols.

Whether you are outside your home or on a hard shoulder, if we can't fix your fault at the side of the road, we will move you, your car and your passengers to safety without waiting for an additional recovery vehicle.
