New Peugeot Expert

The Expert is a mid-size van that comes with a wide range of features. Offering a comfortable ride and economical engines, the Expert is a fine solution for businesses ranging from sole traders to much larger enterprises.

Exterior design

The Expert is available in three body styles (Panel Van, Window Van and Crew Van) and two lengths and heights. The Van features twin rear doors that open 180 degrees, and twin sliding doors. Adjustable door mirrors and bumpers, all in black, provide a smart contrast to the body. Rear fog lights and an extra, high-level, brake light are included.

Interior design

Panel Van and Window Van models feature a payload that ranges from 1,000kg to 1,200kg, and a load space spans 5,000 litres to 7,000 litres. Crew Van iterations provide a 1,200kg payload and a load space of 6,000 litres. All models feature eight tie-down hooks. A frame protector is fitted as standard (unless the vehicle features a bulkhead).

An adjustable driver’s seat and rake-and-reach-adjustable steering column enable you to find a comfortable position, and power-assisted steering is included too. A dual passenger seat features a storage compartment positioned underneath, and further stowage provision includes dashboard spaces and door pockets.


Standard Panel and Crew Van models come with a 2.0-litre diesel engine, producing between 102bhp and 144bhp. CO2 emissions and fuel consumption figures range from 168g/km and 44.1mpg to 189g/km and 39.2mpg. Transmission ranges from a six-speed manual and automatic. Panel Van and Window Van models are available as All-Terrain Vehicle variants, offering Grip Control, Anti-Slip Regulation, upgraded snow and mud tyres and more.

The Peugeot e-Expert comes with an all-electric range of up to 205 miles. The Peugeot e-Expert will charge using a wall box on 7.4kW in 7.5 hours for the 50kW battery or 11.5 hours for the 75 kW battery. With an 11kW charge it will take 4 hours and 45 minutes for the 50kW battery and 7 hours for the 75kW battery. If you are charging using a standard socket it will take 28 hours for the 50kW battery or 42 hours for the 75kW battery.

Technology and safety

A radio and CD player are included, and audio controls are located on the steering wheel. Cruise Control with Speed limiter. Anti-lock Braking System and Electronic Stability Programme are among the driver aids included. Passive safety features include driver and passenger airbags, a collapsible steering column and seatbelt pre-tensioners and force-limiters. The vehicle is secured by remote-controlled central locking and deadlocks.
