A charismatic design, the all new Tayron offers a extensive range of engines which perfectly adds to Volkswagen’s family of SUV’s. It features a extremely spacious interior for 5 seats and can accomodate 7 seats, giving you that extra space for your larger family. The Tayron has premium-class features and a high-quality, luxury character to it. The luggage compartment has a capacity of up to 885 litres or as a 7 seater, there would be 850 litres. The Tayron Life includes many assist systems, from the adaptive cruise control to the park assist plus. There is lane change system which alerts the driver of traffic behind them should they want to change lanes, an automatic emergency braking system which includes cyclist and pedestrian monitoring, oncoming vehicle braking system when turning, rear view camera system as well as dynamic road sign display and exit warning system.




Volkswagen will be offering the Tayron with two plug-in hybrid drives (eHybrid), two turbocharged diesel engines (TDI) and two turbocharged petrol engines (TSI). All drive systems are paired to an automatic direct shift gearbox (DSG). The two hybrid models have a 19.7kWh battery - this means they have a range of over 100km. The largest diesel model is coupled with 4MOTION all-wheel drive as standard, which gives a maximum trailer weight of 2,500kg and features a trailer manoeuvering assist system.





A high-resolution 25.91cm smart digital cockpit Pro shows you your speed, an insight to the navigation map and the title of the track you are currently listening to. Loudspeakers can be found in the front and rear, improving sound experience and there’s an option to enhance your driving experience with useful functions like navigation. The Tayron’s infotainment does not disappoint - you can seamlessly use selected mobile phone apps via App-Connect on the 12.9 inch touchscreen. An IDA voice assistant is featured, enabling you to operate your infotainment system with your voice via a digital microphone. You can access artificial intelligence tool ChatGPT whilst travelling to get any further information you may need. An optional infotainment package will be available, which includes Discover radio navigation system.
The Tayron is characterised by its clear, striking SUV design, measuring in at around 4.8m in length! The rear features a full length LED crossbar and the front features LED headlights. The Tayron’s exterior emphasises its premium feel in its sharply drawn lines and elongated silhouette.
