From 27th January it is no longer mandatory for customers to wear a face covering upon entering a Swansway Motor Group dealership. The wearing of a face covering is now encouraged but not enforced.
All of our showrooms are still open with the sales department continuing to operate usual opening hours and unaccompanied test drivers for customers. Our service departments will also continue to operate as they have been, minus collection, delivery, and courtesy vehicles.
All departments are following safety measures to continually protect our customers and colleagues including temperature checks upon arrival, face coverings being worn by our staff members and the continual use of sanitisation stations along with social distancing markers in place throughout the dealerships.
Digitally, our teams still remain fully available to offer personalised videos of new and used vehicles, virtual appointments and are still available via the phone to assist you with your purchase. We will continue to offer a click and collect service for all vehicles purchased throughout this time. For those who prefer to enquire remotely, live chat is available 24 hours a day and we continue to offer an online reservation service, allowing you to reserve a vehicle online for £49, apply for finance as well as the option to purchase in full.
