Honda has secured two major honours at the 2026 What Car? Awards, with the Honda Civic winning Family Car of the Year and the brand itself taking home the respected reliability award following its Most Reliable Brand survey recognition at the end of 2025.
The Civic’s win follows its 2025 minor model update, which introduced a refreshed exterior look and subtle interior enhancements designed to elevate refinement, comfort and premium feel while maintaining the model’s well‑known efficiency and hybrid performance. Commenting on the Civic’s success, Steve Huntingford, Editor of What Car?, said:
