The newest addition to the CUPRA line-up is the all-electric supermini, the CUPRA Raval—named after a vibrant district in Barcelona, the brand’s home city. Evolving from the bold CUPRA UrbanRebel concept, the Raval is set to enter production in early-mid 2026 at CUPRA’s Martorell plant in Spain as part of the wider Volkswagen Group small EV programme.
While the production model tones down some of the extreme styling of the UrbanRebel concept, it retains a strong, sporty identity. The front end keeps a similar signature look, with sharper LED lighting and sculpted surfaces, though the grille and splitter are more restrained for road use while still incorporating large, functional air intakes.
At the rear, the dramatic concept styling has been refined. The prominent wing is now more subtle, and the aggressive diffuser has been softened, balancing aerodynamics with everyday usability. Slim LED tail lamps and an illuminated CUPRA badge give the car a distinctive night-time presence.

The CUPRA Raval is expected to deliver competitive electric performance, with a projected range of up to around 440 km (approximately 276 miles, WLTP), depending on the final battery configuration. While CUPRA has not fully confirmed all specifications for the production model, it’s clear the Raval is designed to balance performance with everyday usability.
Inside, the Raval takes clear inspiration from the bold CUPRA UrbanRebel, though the production version will feature a more practical and road-ready interpretation. The cabin is expected to centre around a modern digital experience, including a prominent infotainment display and a fully digital driver’s cluster, with a strong focus on connectivity and intuitive controls.
The concept’s dramatic curved screen and futuristic layout showcased CUPRA’s vision, but the final production car will likely adopt a more conventional setup while still retaining a sporty, driver-focused cockpit.
