BYD (Build Your Dreams) is an all-electric Chinese manufacturer who have hammered their way into the UK market and the firms cars are proving to be a prolific hit to car users who are either already in the electric market or looking to get their first. Selling a colossal 1.57 million electric cars last year, BYD is well and truly making a name for itself. Rolling forward with this new model, the Dolphin Surf is making waves and the sentiment of BYD making a name for themselves as a company continues with sales of this new car.
In the list of trim levels, Boost comes second after Active meaning it is a slightly more premium choice than the Chinese manufacturer’s entry-level option. A budget friendly, yet high-tech electric vehicle with a wide range of features, including enhanced safety systems, high quality adaptive technology and strong performance, the Boost trim is the perfect option if you want something more premium than the entry-level trim, but also don’t need the model with the most luxurious price tag. Price wise though, the Boost trims of BYD’s are not too much more expensive than the Active trim level, and this version of the Dolphin Surf is priced at a mid-range £21,950.
