And because the gear lever is now positioned behind the steering wheel, there is additional space and storage in the centre console – even for your tablet. Its clever space concept provides a luggage compartment capacity of up to 690 litres in total (510 litres in total for eHybrid vehicles). With the rear seat bench folded down, the total luggage capacity increases to 1,920 litres on petrol engines and 1,740 litres on eHybrid.

The standard Full Electric Tailgate operation is a further highlight. It allows the boot lid to be opened and closed with a simple foot gesture – no hands needed.  The luggage compartment package features a 12V electric socket as standard as well as a net partition, a variable luggage compartment floor and roller cover.
