• New dual-brand showroom adds innovative SUVs to Swansway’s portfolio

Swansway Motor Group is delighted to announce the arrival of Omoda and Jaecoo in Stockport that’ll operate as a dual-brand showroom alongside the established Honda dealership on Wellington Road South. The move marks an exciting expansion for drivers in the area, bringing a fresh line up of forward thinking petrol, hybrid and fully electric SUVs to the town. The launch will also create new job opportunities across sales, aftersales and parts, supporting continued investment in the local community.

Omoda and Jaecoo have quickly gained momentum in the UK, with strong interest in models including the Omoda 5, Omoda E5, the premium Omoda 9 and the Omoda 7, which will be joining the line up early in 2026. Jaecoo, recently named the Brand of the Year in the Carwow ‘Car of the Year’ Awards 2026 boasts the Jaecoo 5 in both ICE and EV variants, plus the Jaecoo 7 available with a petrol engine or, as a plug in hybrid.

The new showroom, which is due to open its doors for the first time in mid-December, will sit alongside Swansway Honda Stockport, which has been owned and operated by Swansway since 2010.
