Different Specs and Customisation Options
The customisation of an Audi A5 truly depends on the trim of the car. Certain trim levels allow for a specific level of customisation. The higher the spec, the more flexible you can get with your desire to switch things up.
The A5 is a series of Audi’s which offers less trims than others, with Sport, S line and Edition 1 being the only three for the A5 Avant and Saloon. Meanwhile Edition 1 is the only trim selected for the S5 Avant and Saloon.
Edition 1 is the premium trim of this range, with the A5 Avant coming in at £51,710 and the A5 Saloon’s Edition 1 priced at £49,810.
Audi’s Sport trim is the most cost-effective variant (A5 Avant £44,560) and (A5 Saloon £42,660). Still a high-end price, but the cheapest of what the German firm offer from their estate range.
With the Edition 1 trims, users can customise to Audi’s Daytona Grey colour, with pearl effect. The A5 range also offers standard colours as mentioned above, as well as some metallic options as well as a premium Audi Exclusive paint service. The Audi Exclusive program allows for you to custom your car to nearly any colour, at a premium price. Some of these options vary from Merlin Pearl or Teak Brown Metallic.
Not sure which colour to choose, Audi can help
Of course, there are many colours that will be classed as premium and would therefore require additional costs so it will always be best, so it’s recommended to check the Audi UK configurator, or consult with an Audi dealer for the most up-to-date information on pricing and availability.
