Created by N-Dream AG, based in Zurich, Switzerland and founded in 2015, this brand bought their phenomenon into cars back in 2023. Passengers of Audi and Volkswagen can experience a wide variety of games directly via the central infotainment system. In vehicles with MMI passenger display, multiple games are available during the drive, as the dynamic privacy mode ensures that distracting content is not visible to the driver while the car is moving. Passengers can easily turn their smartphones into game controllers by connecting them to the vehicle by scanning a QR code.

AirConsole platform accessible for all

There are a whole host of games available for all ages to play on with Audi and Volkswagen’s new in-car software, these include party games to more tactical ones with the manufacturer aiming to regularly expand the gaming options. Classics like Mattel’s UNO Car Party! and Who Wants To Be a Millionaire? provide a wide variety of entertainment.

In an attempt to signify their 40th anniversary, the popular drawing game Pictionary is being reinterpreted through an additional collaboration with Mattel, especially to utilise in the car. Pictionary Car Party is exclusively available to Audi drivers until the end of 2025.

This is potentially the biggest expansion from Audi and Volkswagen, and the hope is to create a ‘comprehensive,’ digital ecosystem that is constantly being expanded.

The Air-Console in car app is now available for the current versions of all Volkswagen’s electric models, with a range of 15 games already available which includes the Championship of PAC-MAN3, one of the all-time classic games. With this feature being added to not just Volkswagen cars, but Volkswagen’s Commercial Vehicles too, it is a significant upgrade for the German company, who amend the existing range.

Where can I find Audi and Volkswagen AirConsole?

Being only added to cars fitted with the latest infotainment systems, this new and exciting feature is currently available in five Audi models - Audi A5, Q5, A6, A6 e-tron, and Q6 e-tron model series, and is also included in ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7 and ID. Buzz of Volkswagen - all electric variants, then the 2025 Golf, Tiguan and Passat. AirConsole can also be found in some Volkswagen Commercial vehicles such as 2025 Caddy, Multivan, California and Crafter. Each are equipped with Apple and Android based infotainment systems in all markets where Audi is present, moreover pushing their efforts to offering cutting-edge digital innovation that enhances modern mobility.
