Over the years, the Audi S5 Sportback has evolved beyond anything else, and yet there are still many second hand Audi S5 Sportback cars on the market for purchase. It makes sense that the S version captures car lovers' attention around the world. A family car, the Audi S5 Sportback, is a four-door coupe silhouette. It's sloped in its shape, and it's performing exceptionally well.

Should I buy a Used Audi S5 Sportback?

You may be wondering whether a used S5 Sportback is a good purchase, and we're going to say yes! The biggest strengths are that the fuel-efficient powertrains are strong and responsive, with a nicely proportioned exterior and a stylish interior.

History of the S5 Sportback

The first edition of Audi S5 Sportback went on sale in the spring of 2010 before having a refresh in 2013, which saw changes to the engine that made the S5 more fuel efficient, as well as including new lights and crystal—effect paint finishes.

In 2017, the second generation model line saw major front and rear changes,19in alloy wheels, sporty suspension and an enhanced braking system. But it was the interior features that showed the most change, with a redesigned centre console,8" Audi MMI, and the option of Virtual Cockpit and flat-bottom steering wheel style.

Audi doesn't slow down when it comes to their vehicles: it's why they released the S5 Sportback during the pandemic! The new S5 Sportback has some obvious design changes, including a sharper and sportier front end of the vehicle. There are wider headlights and a revised rear bumper, too. You will find trapezoidal exhaust ports and a 10-inch infotainment system within the centre console.

For the 2021 model year, the S5 arrived at the market fully evolved and equipped with full-LED headlights that were newly fitted as standard. There is a single-frame grille design, and it looks very much like the Audi Sport Quattro that was released in 1984. The difference is that there aren't four rectangle headlamps - just two. This model has a Matrix-LED or a laser to help drivers with the view on the road. The roof is the same, as is the tailgate with its famed retractable wing. The oval quad exhaust sits impressively in the back under the bumper for that sporty feel and sound. The spacious interior and touchscreen display is a favourite option for those looking for responsive in-car technology.

Audi S5 Sportback Trim Levels

The 2021 S5 comes with three different trims: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige, which were introduced in 2010. The S5 is fitted with a 3.0-liter V6 TFSI unit and is exceptionally powerful - it's a car that is far more than just a run-around to get you from A to B!

The S5 Sportback has sleep lines, and as it's paired with eight-speed auto transmission, there is power directed to the all-wheel drive system. Each trim level has three-zone climate control along with leather seats and 12-way power-adjustable front seats, including massage.

The rear-view camera and interior lighting come as standard, and the six airbags add to the vehicle's safety, too.
