Pension Plan & Life Assurance

As an employee you will be assessed for automatic inclusion into our Company Pension Scheme upon joining. For qualifying employees, along with your contribution, we contribute 2% of your total gross pay each month. Qualifying employees will also benefit from the Company Life Assurance scheme which provides four times basic annual salary.
