The Motability scheme gives people freedom that would they’d otherwise be denied and there are 1,000s of different brands, models and variants available on the scheme; but as we become a nation of fully electric and hybrid loving drivers, is the Motability scheme keeping pace, with our thirst for non-thirsty cars?
Well, there’s good news, as manufacturers ramp up the production and number of electric and hybrid cars they build, so the Motability scheme is beginning to offer all-electric cars as an option for those on the scheme and we're lucky to have a pretty good selection of EV vehicles now available!

Peugeot e-208
The electrification of the popular 208 delivers plenty of punch with the 138bhp electric motor producing instant torque to take the e-208 from 0-62mph in 8.1 seconds.
With an expected range of just over 200 miles, we're so pleased to see the Peugeot e-208 on the PEUGEOT Motability scheme.
Peugeot e-2008
The Peugeot e-2008 SUV was launched at the same time the 2008 model received a face lift and technology improvements in 2020.
This new 2008 has a more crossover look and is powered by the same electric motor as the e-208, allowing a range of just under 200 miles.
Peugeot e-308 and e-308 SW
Peugeot have added the fully electric 308 and 308 SW models to their range of Motability cars. With a stunning design and uncompromised quality, the 308 range offers a dynamic drive and impressive range.

Volkswagen is quickly expanding its ID range of electric cars, building on the success of the smaller ID.3 with the larger ID.4. The ID.4 has an expected range of 223 miles with the Pure Performance models and 322 miles with the Pro Performance models!
Volkswagen ID.5

Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 e-tron Sportback
The Audi Q4 e-tron and Q4 e-tron Sportback are currently available on the motability scheme. The Q4 is the most compact all-electric SUV in the Audi range with up to 310 miles of range.
This model is a great option for Motability customers who want a reliable and efficient car which has plenty of features, including an infotainment system, wireless charging, and adaptive cruise control.
