Of course. We love to hear from our customers so when you buy a vehicle from us, have a service or repair, or buy accessories, you'll receive a feedback request from Trustpilot.
You’ll be asked to rate us on our service and on the product you purchased; whether that be a vehicles, repair, service or accessory. Trustpilot give you the option to score your experience as ‘Excellent’, ‘Great’, ‘Average’ , ‘Poor’ or ‘Bad’.
If you want to let us know more about your experience then you can let us know by using the comment box. This extra information is useful to both us and to our customers and we’d encourage you to praise us if you feel our service deserved it, but equally tell us if we failed to delight you and why, that way we can try harder and provide a better service in future.
