New Audi Complete Service Plan
Audi Complete is a servicing and maintenance plan that offers comprehensive care for your Audi.
You could cover your car’s servicing, maintenance and, if you want, it’s tyres too for a simple monthly payment. We can tailor your plan, depending on the number of miles you drive each year, so you will only pay for what you need. If you wanted to you could base it on anything from 5,000 to 40,000 per year, up to a total of 120,000 miles at the end of your contract.
The plan is a flexible, convenient way to ensure your Audi stays in great condition. You’ll have the assurance of knowing your car is maintained by our Audi trained technicians, using genuine Audi parts. Plus the plan is flexible, so if you sell your car during the contract term you can transfer the plan to the new owner.
In addition, the plan’s fully documented service history will make your Audi much more desirable if you decide to part exchange or sell out of it.
What’s included in the Audi Complete Service Plan?
We have three types of plan available:
- Service only
- Service and Maintenance
- Service, Maintenance and Tyres
Not all costs that you may encounter will be covered by Audi Complete. For example, you’ll need to pay for any damage caused to, or deterioration of, your car other than through fair wear and tear.

Service schedules
Audi complete will ensure you’re on the right service schedule for you. The two options are:
- Fixed service schedule: where your Audi is serviced at a set mileage and / or time
- Flexible service schedule: available if your Audi has the onboard technology to monitor your car’s service requirements
How to arrange a regular service or maintenance
Here are our three easy steps to arranging a service or maintenance and ensuring your Audi Complete service book is updated.
1. Contact your local Swansway Audi dealer to book in your car. Book as far in advance as you can and remember to let them know you have Audi Complete.
2. Your Swansway Audi dealer will check and confirm the work can be carried out under your Audi Complete Plan. You will be asked to sign the service documentation when the job is completed.
3. Make sure your service book is stamped by the Swansway Audi dealer you choose before you leave.
If you need to book any additional work over and above what’s covered in your plan at the same time as your Audi Complete service or maintenance just let us know.
Remember, any services carried out after the contract ends can’t be claimed for afterwards. Also, any damage caused to your car by neglecting its service requirements will be charged to you.
