Should you need to make a claim, please call the administrator on: 01787 221909 before accepting any offer from your motor insurer. If you do accept an offer before contacting us any claim settlement made to you could be changed to reflect the market value of your insured vehicle at the time of the total loss. The claims procedure is explained in section 7 of this policy.
You are able to transfer the unexpired portion of your insurance cover to a new vehicle if your motor insurer provides a replacement vehicle under the terms of your motor insurance settlement in the event of a total loss or you replace your insured vehicle and contract hire/lease a new vehicle.
