Motability Scheme cars for April, May and June 2021

Motability have updated their new car Advanced Payment price guide for  April, May and June 2021. We take a look at some of the highlights and the key changes in the new quarter and pick out some of the best Motability deals out there.

New Motability Cars Added During Quarter 2 2021

Models added to the Motability Scheme during January 2021 include the electric SEAT Mii, the SEAT Leon hatch and estate PHEV plug-in hybrid.

Latest models added for April 2021 the Peugeot 508 and 508 SW estate, Volkswagen Passat saloon, Volkswagen Golf estate and Volkswagen Golf GTD.

Two models that we saw come off the Motability scheme in Q2 were the Audi A1 Citycarver and Volkswagen Sharan.

The new Volkswagen ID.3 on the Motability Scheme

A late addition to the scheme at the end of Q1, the Volkswagen ID.3 has made its way onto the motability scheme.  The new ID.3 hatchback is powered by a high-tech 100% electric powertrain, and it boasts a decent range as well as stylish looks. There is also some trim levels are as affordable as many of the comparable petrol and diesel models currently available through the Motability Scheme.

The ID.3 has a driving range of 205, 260 or 342 miles (WLTP-rated) depending on the model you choose.

The new Volkswagen e-up on the Motability Scheme

​Another late addition to the scheme at the end of Q1, the Volkswagen e-up is back on the motability scheme.  Starting at Nil advance payment, this electric city car is a great addition.

The new SEAT Mii electric on the Motability Scheme

Small in size and a stylish design. The Mii is now 100% electric. The new SEAT Mii electric is the first fully electric vehicle (EV) in SEATs range. This EV can reach 0-31mph in 3.9 seconds and has a range of up to 160 miles^ with combined city and motorway driving and up to 223 miles^ with 100% city driving*​

 Audi Q1 Motability Offers

Similarly to the first quarter of 2021 there's 4 Audi models to choose from on the Motability Scheme at of April 1st. The Audi A1 is still available from £150 Advance Payment. There has been an increase of £1,000 on all Audi A3 Sportback and Saloon advance payments. 

Prices for the  Audi Q2 have decreased slightly across the variants, all roughly £100 less than Q1. 

Honda Q1 Motability Offers

Great news if you were looking for an electric model, the electric Honda E pricing has come down. It's now £749 for the standard model down from £999 from last quarter .The new Honda Jazz  is still £0 Advance Payment. The Jazz Crosstar has seen a lovely reduction and is now £899, down from £1199. And the Honda CR-V Hybrid pricing has dropped from £1999 down to £1399. Finally the Honda Civic prices have unfortunately seen an increase of around £1000.

Peugeot Q1 Motability Offers

The e-208 range now starts from £599 (in Q1 was £999), while the e-2008 range begins at £999 down from £1899. Prices look very similar to last quarter for the petrol and diesel powered Peugeot 208 hatchback and 2008 SUV. 

The recently refreshed Peugeot 3008 SUV starts from £549, while the 7 seat 5008 range begins at £999 (a large decrease from £1699). The Peugeot Traveller pricing has come down slightly from last quarter, now starting at £3,399 (was £3799). The 508 'Fastback' and SW estate have also joined the scheme and can been found starting at £2,699 for the Fastback and £2,799 for the SW.

SEAT Q1 Motability Offers

Pricing for the new SEAT Leon hatchback continue to be £0 Advance Payment. SEAT Ateca​ prices have increased slightly overall, the range starts with the SE Technology for £299 (an increase of £50). If you are looking for something a bit bigger, the 7 seat SEAT Tarraco range now starts from £1749 (for the SE trim).

Volkswagen Q1 Motability Offers

The Volkswagen Passat saloon is back on the Motability scheme for Q2 and prices start from £2099 (or £2299 for the automatic version).

There has been an increase in the Volkswagen Golf models as they now start from £199 Advance Payment. The seven seat Volkswagen Tiguan Allspace is better value this month, with the range now starting at £1649, while the recently updated Tiguan SUV range now starts at £799.

It’s great to see that the newly added electric Volkswagen ID.3 is available to order from £999.
