It’s just another way of showing our appreciation and to demonstrate the confidence we have in the quality of our servicing.

Our Complimentary Roadside Assistance package is made up of a number of products which are designed to give you a comprehensive service whilst traveling in the UK, and the assurance you need. See below for details on what our Complimentary Roadside Assistance can offer you.
If your car breaks down within a quarter mile of your home address, we'll send an appointed agent to your doorstep. If the car can't be repaired, we'll take it to the nearest Authorised Honda Dealer, or a closer destination, if you prefer. Please note - if you have to ask for Honda Home Assistance, you won't be able to use the Honda Recovery Assistance services.
If your car breaks down at the roadside (more than a quarter mile from your home address), we'll get help to you wherever you are in the UK. Where the car can't be repaired in a reasonable period of time, you can use the Honda Recovery Assistance services.
If we can't fix your car at the roadside, we'll arrange for you, your vehicle, and up to four passengers* to be transported to any single mainland UK destination. This includes the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands (in these cases, you'll have to pay the ferry costs). Even if you are towing a trailer or caravan, this can also be recovered, although there are certain weight and size restrictions.
*Up to five passengers are covered for onward travel in FR-V
Should the unforeseen arise, it's good to know that we can get a message to a relative or colleague to let them know what's happening, where you are and that you're safe. You can trust us to see to that.
