If the car is delayed you must contact Citroën Insurance to amend the Citroën Insurance policy BEFORE the policy start date and inform them of the revised delivery date. Failure to do so will mean you may not be covered for the full term. Or if you prefer, you can ask your Citroën dealer to contact Citroën Insurance on your behalf.
Yes, up to a maximum of three named drivers are allowed in addition to the policyholder. These named drivers must meet the eligibility criteria and the policy covers only the use of your Citroën SimplyDrive vehicle.
Your excess is based on the youngest named driver on your policy (i.e. if you have a 22 year old named on your policy all claims, irrespective of the other drivers’ ages, will be subject to £500 excess) and is applicable per claim for any claim other than glass.

Yes, provided you do not make a fault or theft claim. Only the policy holder will earn the NCD, any additional drivers do not earn NCD.

No, no claim discount entitlement cannot be used on more than one vehicle at a time. The no claim discount you are using to support your Citroën SimplyDrive Insurance application must be available to use from the start date of your Citroën SimplyDrive Insurance policy.

Yes, Citroen Insurance will accept no claim discount earned as a company car driver provided that you can provide a letter from your employer or their company car scheme administrator on their company letter headed paper stating:

You cannot use your NCD on more than one vehicle. The no claim discount you are using to support your Citroën SimplyDrive Insurance application must be available to use from the start date of your Citroën SimplyDrive Insurance policy.
You cannot use NCD from someone else's policy.
Yes, you the policyholder may be covered on a third party basis for emergency use as defined in the motor insurance policy.
If the Citroën SimplyDrive agreement is settled early you still have the option to keep your motor insurance going by continuing to pay your monthly insurance contribution. Your Servicing plan will be cancelled at the same time you early settle your agreement.
You may not terminate any other service (except your Motor Insurance) during the initial three year term.
The service plan covers all routine servicing requirements as defined in the Vehicles Servicing and Warranty Guide. It does not cover tyres or wear and tear maintenance items.
Vehicles will generally benefit from the 1st service at the end of year one and a second and third service at the end of years two & three. However, servicing requirements can vary between vehicle models and engines so please refer to your Servicing Warranty Guide.
Yes, but you’ll need to contact Citroën Insurance and Citroën Financial Services first as an additional premium may be payable, depending on the time spent abroad.
Your first year of road fund licence is provided as part of registration process for your new vehicle. Your dealer will provide you with a cheque to cover the cost of your second and third years’ car tax at the time you take delivery of your vehicle.
The additional cost would have to be paid by you. However, if the cost reduces then you will benefit and retaining the difference.
