We have a service team at each of our dealerships ready to look after customers who are having repairs on their cars. Meeting and greeting customers, booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging service loan cars are some of the duties the role involves.
As a service advisor you will spend a lot of time chatting to the customer and talking them through the process when they are having repairs on their car. This is why great communication and people skills are essential.

You don’t need any experience to join this team! You just need Maths & English GCSE (Grade A-C) or equivalent, amazing organisation skills with an ability to multitask and outstanding communication/ people skills.
