Meet the Service Team

We have a service team based at each of our dealerships who look after our customers when having repair work done on their vehicles.

As a Service Advisor you would be the main point of contact for the customer, when having repairs on their vehicle, which is why great communication skills are essential in this role.

What skills would I need to join the team?

  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task

  • Excellent eye for detail
  • GCSE (grade A to C) in Maths and English or equivalent
  • Team player skills

What should I expect my role to involve?

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Booking customer vehicles onto the workshop system
  • Arranging service loan cars
  • Scheduling and appointment management
  • Calling customers to gain authorisation for the completion of work invoicing
  • Explanation of repairs and work completed on cars to customers
  • Managing the tracking of customer vehicles from booking to handover
