What skills would I need to join the team?

You will spend a lot of time chatting to customers so excellent communication skills are key, both face to face and over the phone. An ability to follow the sales process without being pushy is also very important. If the customer feels comfortable and at ease they are much more likely to make a purchase or return to your dealership.



What do we look for in a Sales person?

We want to make our customers feel comfortable so a warm and friendly personality, whilst portraying a professional image to all customers, both face to face and over the phone is essential. Making a good impression really counts, and providing an amazing service can really make a customer’s experience memorable!
