Here at Swansway we have a variety of management roles both at Head Office and our dealerships.
At our Head Office we have a manager looking after each department. From Finance to Marketing to our Retail Support Centre there is always someone leading the way.
Within the dealerships we have our Heads of Business who manage all of the sales and aftersales managers. They overlook the whole dealership and make sure everything is running smoothly. Within the dealerships we also have the Sales and Aftersales Managers. They look after their teams and make sure all targets are being met.
In depth Industry knowledge is very important for this role. Strong leadership qualities to lead the way for the rest of the team are key. As well as having a clear understanding of company targets, deadlines, business methods and financial control a manager also needs to have a good understanding of customer expectations and customer handling skills.
