Swansway’s IT team are based at Head Office. The team is fairly small with 3 member of staff working full time to keep all of Swansway's technology ticking over.

Being an IT technician at Swansway is an important job. Therefore the ability to work through issues in a logical manner is key. You need to able to find faults and deal with them in a logical way, as well as being able to explain these problems in a non-technical way to other members of staff.
