There are a variety of roles in our customer service teams, from Customer Arrival Hosts to Customer Delight Managers. Despite the different roles, one thing everyone has in common is that the customers are always put first.

The nature of the job means that great communication skills and an ability to resolve problems easily are an essential.

What skills would I need to join the team?

As you will be chatting to a lot of customers it is essential to have excellent communication and people skills. Customer issues/ problems are going to occur, it is your job to solve this problem in the best way. This is why high attention to detail and strong listening skills are very important within this role.


What do we look for in our Customer Service team?

We need our Customer Service team to full of friendly, approachable people who are there to solve any problems a customer may have.
