What skills would I need to join the team?

Some roles within the team have specific requirements. These requirements will be detailed in the vacancy listing. The typical skills you would need to become a Swansway Accountants are to prepare monthly management accounts and make sure the reporting it up to date. By always keeping a close eye on cash flows and budgeting you will be able to offer advice and support to general managers if any accounting issues were to occur.

​Accounts Assistants

Accounts Assistants are there to help and support our Accountants. They will give a helping hand with daily transactions within the Dealership such as Banking, Purchase and Sales ledger transactions.

What are we looking for in our Accounts teams?

Being an amazing team player is key. By using your own initiative and analytical ability you will help to manage deadlines and solve any problems the team may have. A high level of skill in IT is also an essential.
