We are currently looking for a Trainee Service Advisor to join our team at SEAT, reporting into the After Sales Manager you will be working as part of a large team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers.
As a Trainee Service Advisor you’ll be responsible for handling service enquires which maybe face to face, over the telephone or via email. You’ll also work hard to keep in touch with our customers to ensure we are their brand of choice when they need after sales support. Your main focus will be to ensure our customers needs are met at that our satisfaction scores remain consistent.
We are looking for you to have experience of being a Service Advisor ideally within a dealership. You should be organised and excellent service should be at the forefront of your mind.
