We are currently looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team at Accident Repair Centre, reporting into the Office Manager you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service of our customers who are having their vehicle repaired.
As a Service Receptionist you’ll be responsible for handling service enquires which maybe face to face, over the telephone or via email, your role will be to ensure the customers vehicle is booked in giving the workshop all of the information required. When our customers drop off their vehicles, you will also ensure all paperwork is correct.
Day to day you will also deal with administration, completion of estimate paperwork and calling customers to arrange collection of their vehicles.
Ideally, you will have similar experience of working within a garage or body shop dealing with the booking in of customer vehicles. Above all, we are looking for someone with great customer service standards.
