We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our team at Jaguar, reporting into the Aftersales Manager you will be working as part of a team responsible for the service and after sales care of our customers.
As a Service Advisor you’ll be responsible for handling service enquiries which may be face to face, over the telephone or via email. You’ll also work hard to keep in touch with our customers to ensure we are their brand of choice when they need after sales support. Your main focus will be to ensure our customers needs are met at that our satisfaction scores remain consistent.
We are looking for you to have experience of being a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership. You should be organised, efficient and excellent service should be at the forefront of your mind. We would also consider applicants who have worked previously as a Technician.
