We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our Audi team in Stoke. Reporting into the Sales Manager you will complete all associated administration duties associated with purchasing a vehicle. This will include all invoicing paperwork, the online taxing and registering of vehicles and updating of internal sales systems.
As a Sales Administrator you’ll need a keen eye for detail and need to ensure all vehicle documents are correct and that FCA regulations are met. You will work closely with Sales Executives to ensure our customers receive the best possible service when it comes to vehicle handover.
We are looking for you to have at least 12 months+ experience working as a Sales Administrator within a car dealership. You’ll pride yourself on high standards of work and you’ll have a natural instinct to spot administration errors.
