1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Pick and package parts correctly ready for shipping out to customers.
Photograph and prepare new online listings for parts and accessories using Parts catalogues and listing templates.
Carry out stock checking responsibilities in warehouse.
Create new stock locations in warehouse.
To assist the Parts Depot Manager in all aspects of running the department.
Ensure that the process of inventory management and sales through the use of E Bay runs efficiently and effectively.
Assist the general public in all queries that they may have.
To manage stock levels and inventory consistently and effectively.
2. OBJECTIVES AND KEY TASKS
Undertake all additional training and development in the retail facility.
Follow instructions given by the Team Leader, and observe and assist other Parts Staff.
Ensure all Health & Safety and internal safety procedures are adhered to at all times,
Ensure that all environmental and re-cycling policies and procedures are adhered to at all times..
Ensure the security of all inventories and analyse the quality of parts under the direction of skilled staff.
Ensure the correct maintenance of tools, equipment, and other materials in accordance with company policy as directed.
Follow guidelines and instructions on how to use the computer effectively in order to correctly identify specific parts.
To present a neat and conventional appearance in line with the standards expected by the Company as detailed in the Staff Handbook (Section 4.4)
