We are currently looking for a Customer Liaison Manager to join our team at Land Rover Stafford. Reporting into the Head of Business you will be ensuring the customer satisfaction across the dealership.
As a Customer Service Manager you’ll be responsible for dealing with complaints within the dealership and ensuring any customer problems are rectified. You’ll work closely with all departments across the dealership and customer satisfaction will be your main priority.
We are looking for experience in the following areas:
Ideally, you’ll have experience within the motor industry although we are open-minded on your background. Customer satisfaction should be your passion.
