The local, family owned group is getting behind the team and hoping to propel ‘the Dabbers’ up the Evo-Stik League.
David Smyth, a director of Swansway, lives in Nantwich and is delighted to be supporting his local team, “All too often football is seen only in terms of the big premiership teams and their tens of thousands of supporters, but it’s at grassroots level where genuine fans of local clubs put in all the hard work and it’s often a family affair”.
“As a family owned business, I run Swansway with my dad and two brothers, it seemed only fitting that we should support a local, family orientated, football team. Sport has a lot to teach us in terms of, teamwork, camaraderie and striving to be the best you can be and we’re delighted to partner with Nantwich Town”.
A delighted Tim Crighton, who looks after the club’s commercial opportunities commented, “It’s great for Nantwich Town to have the support of Swansway Motor Group. As a family business, they understand the value that we bring to the local community and we look forward to working with them over the coming seasons”.
