I first started working for the Swansway Group in June 2014 as a temporary receptionist with Swansway Fiat/Citroen and Swansway Peugeot. I enjoyed working so much for the company that when my contract came to an end, I expressed an interest in working for the group permanently. Fortunately I did not have to wait long before a position became available with Swansway Peugeot as a Service Advisor, I jumped at the opportunity but very soon realised that my customer service strengths were more aligned to being front of house on reception, meeting and greeting new and existing customers. Finally the opportunity to be on reception became available and I have now been a permanent employee with Swansway Peugeot for a year, how quickly the time has passed.
I believe that a customer’s experience starts as soon as they enter the dealership always being greeted with a smile and a” good morning/afternoon, how are you today” ?
I have met some really great and interesting people really enjoy working for Andrew Wakelin and with the great team we have at Peugeot, no day is ever the same.
Making the video about our custom built customer Handover bay gave us all a giggle and made me realise I was never cut out for making movies but it didn’t turn out too bad.
