Natasha on her first two years at Swansway

Natasha our HR Administrator has been working at Swansway Group for the past 2 years, so we asked her to write a blog piece about her time here at Swansway.

I worked in a fish and chip shop for four years before deciding it was time to move on to a career. I’d never thought of working in HR, but I was asked by an agency to attend an interview at Swansway.

It sounds cheesy, but as soon as I walked into Swansway I knew this was where I wanted to work. The HR ladies who interviewed me were lovely and I really wanted to work with them.

Two years on and I love my job as much as I did on my first days; no two days are the same, the directors keep me entertained, on my toes and the HR team is great.

I’m in the process of completing my Level 3 CIPD qualification in HR practice and have already completed an NVQ in business administration.

Day to day I have to deal with lots of managers, from across the group, all wanting things done instantly; lots of staff, all wanting things done instantly, and lots of paperwork – but, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

I love working with every single Swansway employee, but, especially my super amazing HR team!
