Marc Holmes Reflects upon his first 2 years at Swansway

Marc Holmes, Service Manager, tells us what it's been like working for Swansway Group these past two years, and reflects upon the ethos that all Swansway Group employees live by.

I Joined Swansway Volkswagen Crewe after meeting with Ben Gilbert who gave me the confidence to know that I was joining a great business and needless to say that I have not looked back since.

I have joined a really great Team at Crewe Volkswagen where all the staff have the same dedication to get things right, we all have the Swansway ethos of Caring, Honest and Proud – which is used for every decision we make and every action that we do.

We have worked hard to improve a dealership that in 2013 was ranked in the 120s, but through a lot of determination and hard work by everyone including Mr John Smyth we achieved 1st in the country for the Volkswagen UK’s dealership rankings in 2014. A great achievement by everyone at Crewe Volkswagen!!

Now to push hard and get a great result in the Volkswagen UK’s dealership ranking again this year.

I have worked for a couple of other dealers but none but none come close to working in the Swansway Group – who live by their ethos of Caring, Honest and Proud.
