Step 1 Arrange a Time to Collect Once you have found the perfect car or van on our website, you can purchase it online or contact us to complete the purchase remotely. Then we will arrange a convenient time and date for your collection appointment.
Step 2 Collect Your New Vehicle We have dedicated handover areas set up outside our showrooms. Please phone us when you arrive; our team will advise you of where to go. Remember to bring your Driving license or Passport as well as proof of vehicle insurance.
Step 3 Part-Exchange Documents If you have a Part-Exchange, please empty this completely before you arrive for your collection appointment. You will need to bring the Part-Exchange vehicles V5c, Service History, MOT Paperwork and both sets of keys to your appointment.
Step 4 Contactless Vehicle Handover A no contact key handover will take place and you can drive away in your new vehicle. Whilst we can't demonstrate the vehicle features to you in person, we are available via live video if you have any questions after you have collected your new car or van.

What is click and collect?


In light of the latest government guidelines, we have introduced new measures to ensure the safety of our customers and associates in the process of a vehicle collection. We will be offering a Click and Collect service outside of our dealerships and will have dedicated handover areas outside specifically for pre-booked handover appointments .

How does Click and Collect work?


Once you have found a vehicle you like, you will be able to make a full payment online or apply for finance. You can then arrange a time with the sales team to collect your vehicle, your vehicle will be waiting for you to make final inspections so you can drive away the vehicle of your dreams in no time.

Where do I go to collect my vehicle?


All of our dealerships are operating a click and collect service with a designated outside handover area. Our teams will direct you to our handover areas upon booking your handover appointment once you have purchased your next vehicle.

What do I need to bring to my Click and Collect appointment ?


Please remember to bring the following documents with you​:

  • Driving License or Passport
  • Proof of insurance  for your new vehicle

What do I need to bring if I have a part-exchange vehicle?


If you have a part exchange vehicle, please remember to bring the following documents with you:

  • V5c
  • Service History
  • Most recent MOT paperwork
  • both sets of vehicle keys

What if I forget the above documents?


Failure to bring these items will result in a delay to your collection and you may be asked to come back on another date.

How will my new vehicle be prepared before my Click and collect appointment?


You vehicle will be sanitized using antibacterial spray and wipes before your collection appointment 

Will the sales team be able to offer a demonstration of the car ?


At this moment in time we are unable to demonstrate the features of your new vehicle to you in person. Before you collect your new vehicle our team will give you all of the information your need to understand the features and functionality bit should you have any questions after you have collected your new vehicle, they will be available via phone or video appointment to help.

Do I need a face mask?


Upon booking your appointment, please make sure you follow guidance given to you by members of staff and bring a face covering with you.​ Our customer facing teams will also be wearing face covering at these appointments.
