New Volkswagen Caddy

From £28,330

The new fifth-generation Volkswagen Caddy has arrived, bringing a fresh new face and a whole host of features to the famously capable compact van. The passenger-orientated version is likely to be a big hit with families too, owing to its versatile cabin and efficient range of engines.

In short, the new Caddy is likely to appeal to all manner of buyers - but what else do you need to know about it? Let’s find out.

Technology and Interior

The exterior look of the new Caddy represents a significant departure from that of the older van. The front end boasts sharper, sleeker headlights which have been joined together with a singular chrome bar that runs along the width of the car’s nose. It gives the Caddy a more premium look than before.

Move up to Caddy Life specification and you’ll find LED lights added into the equation, alongside contrasting black roof rails and 16-inch alloy wheels.

The new Caddy is more versatile than ever before, with a spacious cabin ensuring that everyone has enough room to stretch out. Sliding rear doors provide quick and easy access, and you can even add power latching versions that prevent the doors from slamming shut - a real plus if you’ve got children getting in and out.

Large windows help to keep the cabin feel light and airy, while all versions of the Caddy come with air conditioning fitted as standard, too.
