UPDATES AND RECALLS

WHAT IS AN UPDATE?

Product Updates are not safety related. As technology improves, there may be instances where a manufacturer has developed new components or processes that will help to enhance the overall quality of a vehicle. Product Updates also improve the long term quality of our products and your ownership experience, so we strongly recommend you check for Updates regularly.

WHAT IS A RECALL?

We'll announce a Recall if we have any concerns about potential 'safety related' defect, due to a feature, design or construction of a vehicle. But it's not just safety concerns - Recalls also improve the long term quality of our products and your ownership experience, so we strongly recommend that any work is carried out.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A small number of cars are being recalled due to a potential fault with passenger airbags. This mainly affects CR-Vs built between 2002 - 2003 and a small number of Jazz and Stream variants built between 2001 - 2002. Owners of affected vehicles will be contacted and asked to make an appointment with the local dealer. Please visit your local dealer with any immediate concerns. Find out if there are any outstanding Recalls and Updates relevant to your vehicle.
